Tax rate of 7% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
A Card Processing Fee of 2.9% will be assessed to all Rental Orders using non-Stripe processers for payment.
Security Deposit
